Product Details

The MAX30101 evaluation kit (EV kit) provides a proven design to evaluate the MAX30101 integrated pulse-oximetry and heart-rate monitor integrated circuit (IC). The EV kit consist of two boards. USBOSMB is the mother board and MAX30101DBEVKIT is the daughter board that includes the MAX30101 and an accelerometer. The EV kit is powered using the USB supply to generate +1.8V for the sensor and +4.5V for the internal LEDs of the MAX30101, and +3.3V for the accelerometer.

The EV kit comes with a MAX30101EFD+ installed in a 14-pin OESIP package.

Entry Information:
Entrant’s details may be shared with ON Semiconductor and ST Microelectronics, this will include email address and delivery addresses for shipping purposes.
All entries must be submitted by the method laid out in the competition guidelines.
All entries must be the entrants’ own designs.
The Closing Date for entry is 23:59 on August 31^st 2019. Entries received after this time will NOT be considered. 
Entries will be selected at random from all submitted. Entrants who are selected will have kits shipped during September 2019.

RS accepts no responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, submitted or received by the Closing Date for any reason, including, for example, due to a technical fault or other equipment failure of any kind.
Eligibility Requirements:
The competition is open to anyone aged 16 and over as of the date of entry. Written parental consent is required if the entrant is under 18. RS may ask the winner to provide proof of age.

This competition is not open to anyone living in a country, province, or state where this competition is prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted (for example prohibits unregistered competitions or contests or requires the Promotor to post a bond) under national, federal, provincial, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations.
In particular, Customers located in Italy, Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, Cuba, or North Korea are ineligible to participate.
This competition is not open to employees (or their immediate family members) of the Electrocomponents group of companies.

Selecting the winners:

The winners of the prize draw will be selected at random from a complete list of all entries. Only entries which meet the criteria set out in the prize draw guidelines will be eligible. All entries must be received prior to the Closing Date. 
The decision of RS regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Prize Information:
The winners will receive one of either of the promoted Development Kits promoted as part of this Prize Draw competition.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

RS reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the reasonable control of said parties make it necessary to do so.

Winners Announcement:
Winners will be notified by email, using the details provided at entry as soon as reasonably practicable after the Announcement Date. 
Winners will be notified via email by the Announcement Date of November 6^th 2019. RS will send the name and country of the winners to anyone who sends an email to the following address: support@designspark.zendesk.com within one month after the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the winner.

In order to claim the prize, once requested, you must provide a full postal address by November 20th 2019 to RS. 

All goods will be shipped from our UK location. Where there are transport port restrictions in place, such as; for Lithium powered devices and certain chemicals, winners maybe be asked to select alternative products.

General
• By submitting an entry, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. RS reserves the right to refuse entry or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Insofar as is permitted by law, RS will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of RS or its agents or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

• If you are a winner of the competition, you agree that RS may use your name, image, town or country of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

• All competition entries can be re-used by RS to market these projects in their entirety at their discretion across all media formats.

• Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorised account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winners may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorised account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.

• By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition and may be passed on to third party suppliers if required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

• RS reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

• The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
